It is about a girl who thinks it isn't going to be a very normal Christmas because their not going to have money for gifts. The this girl, who is an orphan pops into there life and seems to help the whole family believe that it will be a good Christmas. The book has lots of ups and downs just like life but it teaches you to just keep going.
